With a doctorate in Organization and Leadership, an MBA in Technology Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering Technology, along with extensive experience in AI and cybersecurity, Dr. Mattox brings a unique perspective to executive coaching.
Throughout his career, Dr. Mattox has led technology teams through digital transformations, AI implementations, and cybersecurity challenges. He has served as CTO, CIO, and VP of Engineering at various organizations, giving him firsthand experience of the challenges technology leaders face.
Having navigated the complexities of technology leadership himself, Dr. Mattox now helps other executives develop the skills and strategies needed to thrive in the rapidly evolving AI landscape.
